"They actually had the part I needed"
I’d been searching all over for this part and, to my surprise, Ebuyer had it in stock. The ordering process was straightforward and hassle-free, no faffing about. Overall, really pleased with the experience

"Reliable delivery every time"
I’ve ordered from Ebuyer a few times now and the delivery has been really dependable. My latest order turned up the next day just like it said it would, with no fuss, and the packaging was perfectly fine too. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the tracking could update a bit faster. Overall though, I’d happily use them again.

"Arrived on time, box was a bit rough"
Ordered from ebuyer and it showed up when expected. Box was a bit bashed about with some dents and scuffs, so was a little worried at first. Opened it up though and everything inside was packed properly and the item was fine. Could’ve been a tidier outer box, but no real issue in the end.

Got a monitor from ebuyer.com and, so far, it’s been really decent. Feels solid enough and the picture looks great for what I’m using it for. Haven’t had any problems yet, so happy with it overall.

"Good value, even if I usually shop elsewhere"
I ended up buying a new monitor from Ebuyer after comparing prices on a few sites. I’ll be honest, I usually default to another retailer out of habit, so I was a bit torn, but Ebuyer had the best price I could find and the delivery charge was reasonable too.

Everything turned up as expected and the monitor feels like solid value for what I paid. I’m still kind of loyal to my usual place, but if Ebuyer keeps coming in cheaper, I’d definitely consider using them again.

"Decent delivery, just a bit slower than expected"
I ordered from ebuyer and overall it was fine, but the delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping for. It wasn’t a huge delay or anything, just not as quick as I expected. On the plus side, the tracking was clear and kept me updated, so I wasn’t completely left wondering where it was

I was a little mixed up on the timing at first, like I couldn’t tell if the update had just happened or if it was for later, but the emails came through quickly. Overall, I felt like I knew what was going on with my order the whole time.

"Warranty claim felt a bit brushed off, but got sorted"
My RMA took a few days longer than I expected, and at times I felt like I was being a bit dismissed rather than properly updated. That said, once it finally moved along, they replaced the item without too much hassle, so it worked out in the end.

"I tried ordering a laptop from ebuyer.com..."
I tried ordering a laptop from ebuyer.com, whoever runs this needs to sort the checkout out. It kept timing out, so I had to put my details in twice, which got annoying fast. The payment did eventually go through, but then the confirmation email didn’t show up straight away either. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was way more frustrating than it needed to be.
